Baby Comfy Nose nasal aspirator uses your own suction to quickly and hygienically remove children’s nasal mucus.  Significantly more effective than bulb and battery aspirators because your natural lung suction is so much stronger.

The design of the aspirator eliminates any possibility of contact with mucus and germs.  Insert a tissue into the aspirator as a filter so there’s nothing else to buy.  The unit comes with two nose tips: standard and newborn. Medical grade soft nose tip and mouth piece.  The mesh storage pouch keeps all the pieces together in the dishwasher, then hang to dry and it’s ready for the diaper bag.  Three colors options are ideal for siblings and multiples.  BPA and phthalate-free.
Baby Comfy Nasal Aspirator

Cassandra's review-  Although you do need a strong stomach to be able to work this, when done correctly no mucus will actually get into your mouth.  It is easy to use and does work.  I just think that if it had some type of attachment to use instead of my mouth, I would like it a lot more.

Too Many Carrots

Too Many Carrots by Katy Hudson

This charming and lovingly illustrated picture teaches children the value of friendships over material possessions, and features a range of engaging and delightful animal friends including a rabbit, a tortoise, a squirrel and a beaver.

Cassandra's Review- A mix of emotions went through me as I read each chapter. The book was to be read in one sitting with no other choice because of how well it flowed, I did not want to put it down.  Very well paced with just enough romance included.  This is a great book for adults.  I would definitely read more by this author.

Unemployable! by David Thomas Roberts Review

Roberts makes the case that this may be the greatest time in history to start a business! Using Roberts' strategies and principles in this book, learn how to become "UNEMPLOYABLE!" your entire life! Most of us are taught to get a good education and a good job.

The idea that we should be content to have someone else dictate our daily commute, our income, schedules and vacations is the accepted norm. To some, the idea of life in a cubicle eight hours a day is akin to torture! What does it really take for someone to jump off the employment treadmill and participate in the free enterprise system, unencumbered by traditionally accepted myths?

About the Author

A native of southern Illinois, David Thomas Roberts moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 1967 at age 8. His family made regular trips to the Alamo with family, friends, neighbors and visiting relatives during the 1968 World’s Fair, “Hemisphere ’68 and in years after.”
The story of The Alamo, the spirit of all its Texan heroes, and the fight for Texas independence left an indelible impression on Roberts, which has endured a lifetime.
As a “naturalized” Texan, Roberts has become a staunch defender and admirer of all things Texas, including her rich and unique history, politics, culture and people.
The result of that interest was publishing his first novel, Patriots of Treason, in October 2012 and the sequel State of Treason released in 2014.

The author is active in politics and the movement for modern-day Texas Independence, and has been a speaker at Tea Party events.

Roberts, who studied marketing at Texas A&M and the University of Texas, is CEO and founder of Teligistics which is the leading telecom financial management company in the nation. A serial entrepreneur with many successes, Roberts holds one U.S. Patent and has a patent pending. He was nominated twice as Houston Region Entrepreneur of the Year, he is the nation’s leading expert on telecommunications contracts and has been published several times.

Roberts lives in Texas with his wife of 29 years. They have four children and one grandchild, all of whom have been blessed to have been born “Native Texans.” Roberts also enjoys hunting, fishing, and bicycling, including biking for two days and 150 miles for an MS charity event.

Cassandra's Review-  A book filled with facts, inspiration and knowledge that will get you up and thinking about what to do in the next chapter of your life.  I was never one to be told what to do, or could really handle a "boss".  I would have liked to get my hands on this book during that point in my life.  I know now how freeing being your own boss can be.  This is a must read book for any young adult or adult that wants to get ahead and feel good about it.

Royal Easter Story By Jeanna Young and Jacqueline Johnson Review

26263608It is the most spectacular spring in history. The princesses—Joy, Grace, Faith, Charity, and Hope are busy with preparations for the annual Easter celebration and the castle is alive with activity.

Into the kingdom ride five new friends, young knights, who are as spirited as the princesses. In the new Princess Parables title, A Royal Easter Story, a challenge is presented and the boys and girls decide to race to the neighboring village where the annual Easter celebration and feast will be held. Along the way, the princesses must weather a scary storm and rescue another new friend. But in the end the lesson is clear … trust in the Lord and his love and you can overcome any obstacle.

Cassandra's Review- Just starting out with Once Upon a Time made me have a bit of nostalgia, when reading this outloud.  The story is strong and the message is very clear.  This is a great book for Easter and each princess has a unique name and style.   It is a longer read, but with some extra before bedtime planned this is a real treat.

Cassandra's review-  A very cute children's book.  Even though this book is smaller in text, the story rings true.  It is such a great message along with the rhyming counting fun.

by Phil Waldrep

For anyone who's watched the poor choices of a loved one and thought: What did I do wrong? What do I do now?

Prodigals come in many forms. We often think of the defiant ones as prodigals, but there are other types that break our hearts: embarrassing, intellectual, lukewarm, and religious prodigals. The word prodigal means “wasted.” Like the younger son in Jesus’ parable, many of our loved ones are wasting their lives. Learn how to love them no matter what form of “wasted” they choose.

Cassandra's Review-  This is a book that depending on your views will either be really full of wisdom and knowledge. It could be something that really helps you to take from it and build with your own family.

Some people just will not tolerate this book and do not have any connection with the topic.  While I am not one to think on the same side as this author, I can still enjoy the presentation and writing style of his this book.
