On the last Monday of every year, the award-winning children’s podcast The Imagine Neighborhood celebrates Cardboard Boxing Day. Brought to life through a special episode of the series, this is the day when kids and their grown-ups are encouraged to build original creations with all the cardboard left over from the more traditional holidays.
This year, Cardboard Boxing Day is even more special because of the release of the new activity and crafting book, Radio Free Imagine Neighborhood. Kids are invited to write, draw, paint, cut, paste, tape, and tear their way through a range of fun and engaging projects. Kids can even send in pictures of their masterpieces – or tag them on Instagram (#theimagineneighborhood) to be featured on The Imagine Neighborhood’s Infinite Refrigerator.
