Cassandra's Review- I have a passion for eating healthy and wanting to learn more about the best tips.  The book is amazing in that it had so much information that really cuts into the depth of what I like to digest as far as wellness and nutrition etc.  The sleep tips and other sections will help so many people and I really enjoy that.
