How to save money on College through Scholarships

As a single mom, I know all too well the struggles of pinching a penny.  What if your an adult or teen and need to save money for college?  Well even moms go back to school these days and so everyone should be able to benfit from the roundup of scholarships listed below.  You will have to do your own research but here is a good step in the right direction.  I hope you never give up!

Rusty Tweed - The Rusty Tweed Drug Free Scholarship was created to help encourage our younger generation to pursue their dream of obtaining their degree. This is the 2nd annual scholarship.

High school seniors that have been accepted into a college or a university and current college and university students are encouraged to apply. This is a $1000 scholarship.

Usha Rajagopal - The Usha Rajagopal Foundation Scholarship was created to help students be able to afford to pursue their dream careers. As a doctor, Dr. Usha Rajagopal is all too familiar with how expensive it can be to afford to go to college. Therefore, she started this $1000 scholarship to help one student per year relieve a bit of their education financial burden.

Adrian Rubin - The Adrian Rubin Foundation Scholarship was created by Adrian Rubin to help the future entrepreneurs of the world with the cost of going to college. This is the first year this scholarship is being issued, however, Adrian Rubin is looking forward to helping out one college student each year.

Lawyers of Distinction - The Lawyers of Distinction Scholarship was created to help college students have a chance to reach their dreams without having to worry about the financial burden of whether or not they will be able to afford school. It’s no secret that education fees are outrageous and we want to play a part in helping the future generations. Each year they will award one student with a $1000 scholarship.

Associates Home Loan understands that college prices are rising every year and this scholarship serves the purpose of helping one student lower their tuition expenses by $1000 and to educate the future self employed individuals about their options when it comes to self employed loans and alternative credit options.

Applicants will be required to answer a simple question in the form of a 500-word essay and the winner will be selected based on the essay submitted. The Associate Home Loan Scholarship committee will select a winner by the end of April 2019. The $1000 will be sent directly to the winner’s school financial aid department. They also handle bad credit loans.

Chrissy Weems - The Chrissy Weems Scholarship was created to help the future entrepreneurs and small business owners of our world. All high school seniors who have been selected to attend a college or university and current college students are encouraged to apply. To enter for a chance to receive this $1000 scholarship you just have to write a short 500-word essay.
