by Laurie Hollman

A parent's day is full of tasks to be accomplished and chores to be done. Dealing with anxiety--from social anxiety to full-blown panic attacks--just adds one more thing to that lengthy list of stresses. At just over 100 pages, The Busy Parent's Guide to Managing Anxiety provides a quick read when you need quick answers. And the best part? This isn't just a quick fix! The principles in this series teach parents how to respond to children and teens in a way that is easy to remember and implement every day.

I received complimentary copies.

Cassandra's Review-  The guides are helpful and even though the books are smaller they pack a lot of information into them  I like the smaller size so that they can be read on the go or in free moments.

The Busy Parent's Guide to Managing Anger in Children and Teens: The Parental Intelligence Way (Busy Parent Guides: Quick Reads for Powerful Solutions)
by Laurie Hollman
Do you have an angry child? “Do you wonder why your child or teen seems on edge, unduly angry, and restless at times—or maybe all the time? Are you uncertain if and when you should be worried? Are you so busy that sometimes you dismiss these thoughts but later reconsider them? You may be noticing you have a frequently angry child or teen.” (excerpt from Introduction)
