Cassandra's review- I find this book highly motivating, but yet I do not want to actually start anything past reading it. I know that the whole 28 days might be super effective, but it is more than that, it is a lifestyle change and choice that is going to require so much work. If you are the type of person who loves to get pumped up and start a really committed venture with your health or lifestyle this is going to be a life changing read.
