Cassandra's review-  The book has a lot of spices and ingredients that I usually do not keep on hand in my kitchen.   The methods of frying and over coal cooking is also not easily available,  but a few of the recipes were easy to execute and taste really good.  I also did not realize that you could bake so much with sweet potatoes.
