Cassandra's Review-  The recipes look great and are very easy to understand.  The only downside for me was that most of the ingredients are not easily accessible.   I would love to go visit the actual bakery and would definitely try their foods as well beverages, but not sure that mine would come out the same even if I could find the ingredients.
