Cassandra's Review- Half of the food items needed will not be found in my local grocery store, most of them, I actually had no idea existed. Everything is very fancy and most of it quite pricey. The instructions are plain and easy to read in a good font. The photos are nice. While I did not find a lot of the recipes pleasing to my standards, someone who is forced to (or reallys wants to eat )diet like this still has option and this book will help to create and help you celebrate using them.
