In her warm, relatable style, Kay confronts the comparison epidemic raging in our homes, our neighborhoods, and our social-media feeds, offering remedies along the way.
With candor and humor, I’m Happy For You (Sort Of…Not Really) explores the troubling effects of living in an excessively competitive culture—and reveals simple yet effective ways to escape the comparison trap.

Cassandra's Review-  I have never had a problem with comparison, but I have to deal with people day to day that do.  Seeing and hearing how they are just makes my heart heavy.   I wish I had a copy of this book for every one of them.  I find that this author has truth and wisdom on the topic.  This is great for healing and guidance.

  1. I would keep this for myself. I lost my fiance to cancer when I was 27, and I struggle with where my life is at vs. where my life would be if Matt had not died. And, with that, I struggle with the expectations others have had for me regarding when I should move on.

  2. This definitely sounds like a good read. I would keep this. Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. I would treasure this book since it is important and profound and during the past 3 years life threatening illnesses have changed my life and perspective. Thanks for this great feature and giveaway. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com
