Cassandra's Review- While my family never has most of the ingredients needed for these recipes in the house it is a very interesting cookbook.  I would have liked it if price to make each meal would not bankrupt me. My kids would really not enjoy the type of foods chosen.  However if you have a lot of extra money for food and a smaller family that like gourmet and fancy dishes, this is going to be a hit.
