Review and Easter Giveaway one winner will receive a 50.00 Easter Gift Basket (Reser's Fine Foods)

Just in time for Easter brunch or dinner.
I am going to be talking about the following products:
Reser's Main St. Bistro Baked Scalloped Potatoes
Reser's Main St. Bistro Baked Hash Brown Casserole
and
Reser's Main St. Bistro Baked Zesty Au Gratin Potatoes

For this review I am going to be baking some of the kid-friendly, no hassle, easy to clean up homemade, baked taste sides products. You will see the convenience of getting brunch or dinner on the table with these products.   I am only using two of the three I received as that is all the pan space I had available. Ok my reader family let's get started

As you can see they come in these packages that can be wither microwaved or baked. Just remember to take of the plastic film before you insert into the oven.

I like this picture of the baked hash brown side right when I took it out of the package.

No I read the directions and found out it is recommend but not mandatory to use the oven and so this is my first time trying and I want it to be at its best , obvious choice to me was oven baked.

OK so I pulled off the film placed the product on the baking pan.

Then I decided that since I have more room and a hungry family I would make the Reser's Main St. Bistro Baked Zesty Au Gratin Potatoes right along with it. so following the same above mentioned steps, I put this delectable looking goodness right along side,

As you can see this is my very small oven. Yes to answer your question my reader family it is hard to cook on holidays but easy to clean.  Back to business.

I timed it for 20 minutes but it took me a few seconds to take the picture.

Bing, bang, boom the timer goes off and with the help of some oven mitts (not pictured) I was able to pull the  very delightful looking yummy from the oven .

I chose to make roast chicken with the meal and only use the Main St. Bistro sides to pair it.  I thought for sure that my family was going to finish and still be hungry. because I thought maybe the portion was a bit small.  Package reads 20oz

Final result. My children adored them. They wanted to know where we could buy these from. I actually had leftovers and when I asked for feedback I was told that the potatoes are a great choice with cheese added because it is so filling.  In my opinion the taste is restaurant quality and when you have a low income and no expendable budget for fine dining, these products are like eating out.  You do not have to over buy them to fill everyone, but I would stock up because they will go fast. I thought that the has brown casserole tasted like mac and cheese. and the bacon in the zesty au gratin were a high yum factor for me. Now most of you know that as a single mom I do everything I can to make sure my family can eat well and pay the bills at the same time so every penny counts and I would try to budget these products at least once a month into my shopping trip. I can find these products at a Lowes Food Store.
