Cassandra's' Review- First of all it is super important to let your children know that there are times when you need to get out of bed and your not forced to stay in it when the light is on.  It is just a guide.  For example if your child is sick, or needs to use the bathroom, or if they feel like they really need you.   It will help your little one or even older child, should they have special needs and it can be used for more than just sleep time.    I can use mine to let my kids know when it is time to stop playing online etc. so it is great for multiple purposes.  It is like a gentle reminder and will come in handy.  I can even use this myself if I can not rest.
