Cassandra's Review-  I am not a huge fan of jumping on diet trends or going extreme in eating patterns.   The book is a great help in that you can understand and learn from it.  There are tips and facts that may save your life, if you have a problem getting your eating on track.

 I was really enjoying this book because it has so much to offer no matter what food options you want in your life.   The author is very knowledgable and has a real wanting to help because it shows in the way he wrote the chapters and how he chose to share with the readers.
