Cassandra's Review-  The book is super interesting and packed with Q and A for Buddha.   I always wonder if the answers are more of what the author thinks or based really on actual proof.  I know it states scientific research but you just never know.   It is a very well constructed book of real and helpful tips.   If you have a thing for trying new diets, this is a must read.
