Cassandra's Review- This is an excellent cookbook for people who have a huge budget and access to more food options. A lot of the ingredients called for are not readily available everywhere. A lot of families cannot afford to buy half of the foods and especially not for one meal. Some of the recipes are kind of off putting to my palate or taste, but everyone is different and may like it a whole not more because it is easy to understand, organized and well prepared.
