Cassandra's Review- Although I never would have any of the ingredients on hand in my home nor would I be able to afford them, this book is filled with great recipes that are super simple to follow. I do not like half of them as far as the ingredients because they are just not what my family would eat, however if I was traveling or out where someone was cooking them, I would give at least try them. If you have a lot of extra cash and access to a high end grocery store, this is going to be a great book.
