Cassandra's Review-  A whole lot of coconut is included, so if you're a lover of the coconut, this is going to be perfect.  Great recipes that are easy to understand.  I do not usually have all of the ingredients needed for most of them in the house, but I am sure they can be found in most local grocery stores.  I did not realize just how many way you can use the coconut to cook.
