Cassandra's Review-  This author offers a new take on an old diet.  The book helps to put a perspective on how to better control how you eat when you have illnesses as well as obesity.  I found that even though the actual diet is not something I could financially afford to stick to, or that my kids would enjoy being on with me, it will help some people.  It was great to learn about this topic.
