Cassandra's Review - Except for the dessert section which was a tremendous letdown, this is a great recipe book. I did not realize how many recipies would have fish oil in them, but on some it can be substituted for soy sauce. Each recipe is super easy to understand and the directions are plain. I think this book is a great source for mastering the asian flavors!
