Cassandra's Review- The cover is such a treat to look at. The recipes are simple and the ingredients can be found at most stores. I wish that I could fry chicken as good and easily as this book makes it look. I have always had to oven fry my chicken. Hopefully with the great information in this book and perhaps me even going to buy the dutch oven, slow cooker...etc I will be able to fry these chickens!
